The Presence Room is a monthly on-line leadership Mastermind where presence becomes your most powerful strategy, and your impact is amplified from the inside out.

My intention is in that in these monthly 75 minute gatherings, "something happens" - a shift, a knowing, an intuition, a vision, a voice, a courage you didn't know you had, and that "something" impacts your professional and personal life in ways that are truly meaningful because you entered The Presence Room.

Because being in your presence changes everything.

And because leadership is always an inside job.

Who you are when you enter is not who you are when you leave.

Albert Einstein said"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift." In The Presence Room, intuition is a core way of being.  We feel it. We sense it. We know it. And we move with it, sometimes audaciously, beyond the "Who am I to?" or "Could I ever?" mindset.

humility

Like intuition, humility is a creative superpower. Humility is the courage to release control and surrender into the mystery - where the consciousness of love reveals visions, missions and answers far greater than we could ever think up on our own. When personal power is paired with humility, it becomes a dynamic creative force.

conviction

When humility is paired with conviction, we are guided back to the love, power and purity of our intentions, actions, visions and missions. Conviction is our inner knowing, or inner resolve that says "This is mine to walk" especially when others don't yet see or understand what we are bringing to the world.

LIBERATED

Extraordinary things happen when we are liberated to lead from our zones of genius - from the gifts we were born with, including the ones we've feared, forgotten or hidden. In The Presence Room these superpowers aren't just acknowledged, they are activated through expression and by being witnessed in this Mastermind.

Leadership asks us to stretch our capacity - and sometimes that expansion comes through the tests we are given that we'd never consciously choose. Can we trust ourselves and have faith in the unfolding process when certainty is nil?  Can we stay present to the unknown without abandoning our desires, our callings, or ourselves? This is the power of The Presence Room where trust and faith become lived, embodied practices.

braver

This is the time to be braver. Because bravery means that our hearts are on fire. Not passive hearts. Not guarded hearts. Not resistant hearts.
Hearts on fire that hold the capacity to create paradigm shifts, to bring wisdom the world hasn't seen and transformation that supersedes prediction and expectation based on (boring) norms.

breakthroughs into greater capacity

In The Presence Room we meet blindspots and thresholds that have quietly shaped our limits - the glass ceilings, the identities we've outgrown, the stories we've unknowingly clung to.  Often, these are things we cannot see on our own. We need eyes of another, and then we become free to live and lead with greater love and power.

a season of abundance

Our leadership is not always expanded through the tests we are given. For some with years of experience, profound success can also come from harvesting the abundance of our wisdom - of who we already are. Notably, we can't squeeze who we've become in containers that held who we have been. The Presence Room honours this season of overflow, nourishing new creations, deeper and wider impact and more easeful leadership.

Presence creates inner alignment. Inner alignment calls forth outer alignment.  In The Presence Room alignment is the intention, and it directly expands our capacity to receive. It's here that grace does the heavy lifting, and opens doors that effort alone never could. We attune to the perspective that the universe is always conspiring in our favour. And the language of that perspective - the evidence of a life led from presence - is awe and wonder. In The Presence Room we celebrate accomplishments, breakthroughs and achievements that no single person could create alone.

A 75 minute on-line gathering on the last Thursday of every month at 12:30pm AEST - designed to align and activate you for the month ahead.

The Presence Room kicks off 28 August.  Commit for 6 months or 1 year and join us whenever you're ready.

Each month a curated theme brings you into deeper presence with your leadership. You'll begin to witness tangible shifts ripple into your personal and professional life in the weeks that follow.

You'll receive guided meditations and activations to use at your own rhythm, as well as the wisdom of guest mentors who embody presence in how they live and lead. **Note there will be bonus sessions throughout the year in addition to our monthly last Thursday of the month gatherings.

I'M GISELE GAMBI.

Before I became a coach, mentor, and facilitator for extraordinary transformation, I spent 13 years building a deeply fulfilling career as a Human Resources Director.  But in 1999, my life took a sharp turn. Crisis hit my family and pulled the rug from underneath me.

It was here, in the middle of uncertainty and pain, that I met the power of presence - and it saved my life.

Presence became the compass that guided me to let go of my HR career and begin a coaching, mentoring, and facilitation practice - a path I've now walked for 21 years. This is not a job, nor a career, but a very deep calling.

On a more personal note, I’m a proud mum to Joel and Ruby-Rose, and wife to Clayton. We live on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, a place I’m endlessly grateful for - not only for its lifestyle and community, but for the ocean that I could never live without.

This work - this room - is my offering.

The first time I sensed an invisible force around me was about 30 years ago. At that time I was searching for meanings to all the unanswered questions in my mind. An intangible feeling seemed to surround me and answers started appearing in unlikely places. Over time I realised these “feelings” were more real than anything I’d experienced. At 81 years young I have written 3 books from this place of presence, with"The Opening; the Sacred Nature of Being Human" published this year.
 
MISHA FRANKEL

I was on such an unhealthy spiral down, full of regrets for the past and fears of the future. Now I have a whole new way of looking at things, and a sacred mission to keep boosting my strengths and share my love. Key to this process is a new paradigm of wholeness. Rather than continuing to live just in my head, I am bringing more heart and spirit into my approach now. Trusting my gut feelings and intuition helps guide me forward as I try not to overthink things.

I'm now fully recovered after my tumultuous year with 2 surgeries related to cancer, so now I get to pick up my retirement where I left off but with a much healthier body, mind and spirit.
