A MANIFESTO FOR THE WILLING

 13 PREMISES TO GUIDE YOU INTO YOUR NEXT SEASON

 

 

    01. 

You know your former season is coming to an end, or already has.

And a new one is asking - perhaps even begging -
for your attention.

 

Perhaps you've arrived here through chaos, loss, illness, industry disruption, financial crisis, or a calling you cannot explain.

Perhaps the identity, success, power or certainty you once knew is being dismantled or re-created.

Or perhaps nothing has fallen apart.

You intuitively know there is more of you to be lived, expressed, created and given away.

Whatever has brought you here, you know.

 

Your next season is calling.

And the question is - are you willing?

 

02.

This is a season of massive revelation. You will be shown much.

Your presence and intuitive seeing are the primary vehicles into your next season -allowing you to see beyond your current reality and who you have historically known yourself to be.

You will see where you’ve guarded your heart, and where and with whom your heart now belongs. 

You will see your identity being dismantled through illness, conflict, industry disruption, chaos, loss, financial crisis, or a calling you cannot yet name.

And you will see extraordinary possibilities that were non-existent in your former season - asking to be recognised, honoured, lived and stewarded.

03.

Your next season must have room for all of you.

 You have grown, changed and lived so much. Your next season asks you to make room for the person you've become, and are becoming - honouring the sum of all your parts: your humanity, wisdom, creativity, vision, love, yearnings, experience, gifts and desires. 

Sometimes that means building a bigger doorway. Sometimes it means fundamentally changing the life you've built.

There are pots of gold you're sitting on.

There is more abundance in your life, your humanity and who you already are than you may yet recognise.

Your next season will reveal new ways to value, honour and express these pots of gold - including those sitting right under your nose, in places you never thought to look, and in caves you fear to enter.

05.

It's time to no longer protect your heart.

How can you enter your next season with a guarded heart? There may have been a time you did, and for good reason, but that season is over. 

Your next season requires a fully open and available heart - to love, life, people and possibilities, and always with discernment.

06.

Your humanity is the portal, not the problem.

Your yearnings, disappointments, fear, awe, grief, resignation - all of it - is a major calling card signifying you’re on the threshold of your next season. Your humanity is not an obstacle to be bypassed. Your humanity is here to be fully felt as the portal into seeing who you are in your next season, what you stand for, and what, why and how you are here to create, express and lead.

Because there is a goldmine of revelation available through your humanity.

07.

Trust what you have seen, even if you cannot yet see the way through.

Sometimes what is revealed about yourself, your life, your relationships, your purpose, and what you are here to create and lead can feel very vulnerable, uncertain and fearful. 

Sometimes what you see may feel like beautiful madness, and you may wonder if you're being delusional or irresponsible.

Trust what you have seen, even if others cannot see it, even if your first steps don't produce the outcomes you hoped for, and even if you cannot yet see the way through.

Remain open to what life continues to show you.

And be careful - the moment you make proving what you've seen the assignment, you enter a never-ending race.

08.

Grow your capacity to hold pressure.

Your next season will necessitate a much greater capacity to hold pressure, possibly more than you've ever known.

Sometimes the pressure comes from the magnitude of what you've been shown, which isn't yet reflected in your current reality.

Sometimes it comes from circumstances you never imagined having to face.

Your assignment is to grow your capacity to be with what is happening, honour your humanity, and respond to what is being asked of you without abandoning yourself.

09.

Want and have it all.

Do not ration your desires as you enter your next season. This is not a time for accepting the crumbs. Have the freedom to desire magnificently and draw that line in the sand for what you ultimately desire to live, lead and receive.

You are allowed to have it all.

10.

You belong precisely because you are different.

Where you believe you are irrelevant and don’t belong, look again. Your difference may be precisely what is needed.

Your difference is the missing piece. Your difference is the answer to somebody’s prayers. Your difference is your contribution.

And remember, authenticity is profitable.

Your difference is your legacy.

11.

Give it away, audaciously.

When much has been revealed, give it away.

Give it away with your whole heart.

It’s time to show the world the magnitude of what you have been given. You don’t need to know (nor can you know) the whole plan. Move one audacious, intuitive step at a time. 

Because audacity gives you the freedom to move - despite fear and your wobbly parts.

So give it away, audaciously. Let that be your mantra.

12.

Open your arms wide.

As you give it away with your whole heart, become radically available to receiving.

Let yourself receive with your whole body. Grace. Opportunities. Collaborations. Partnerships. Communities. Wealth. Health. Happiness. Fulfilment. Synchronicities. Miracles. 

Open your arms wide to being met in proportion to what you’ve audaciously given away.

Have reverence for who you have become. 

 

 

Along this walk into your next season, there will be a dismantling of the person you once knew yourself to be. 

You may grieve and yearn for your former self, your former success, power or identity. You may resist, judge or diminish who you once were. You may have a heart full of gratitude for who you have been. Or you may indeed feel all of the above.

Whatever you feel, allow yourself to feel all of it.

For there may come a point where you no longer mourn the before you, nor wait for the before you to return, nor judge or diminish the before you.

Because you will realise that you have lived through everything that came after the before you.

And whilst you are standing there, at the budding stage of your next season, you will tell yourself that you wouldn't trade any of it.

 

In this moment of integration, you will have
on-your-knees reverence for who you have become. 

 

Value you. Value your leadership.
Value everything you have accumulated -

because it has been a walk
and a half.
